How Much Do Hard Hat Stickers Cost?

Hard hat stickers are expensive in small amounts, but become significantly cheaper when ordered in bulk.

Individual decals can cost $1-$3. Ordering in amounts in the hundreds can lower that cost to up to $0.50 per decal.

If you are ordering a variety of custom hard hat decals with different art, the price for your order will also be higher than if you order large amounts of the same art.

Sticker Dimensions

Custom hard hat decals have no set size. As you can see from the pictures, their specific shape can vary based on the image used.

Hard hat decals are usually no smaller than 3cm by 3cm, and no larger than 12cm by 12cm.

These guidelines are not final. However, if you’re applying a decal to your hard hat, they can’t be much larger than that or they will be too difficult to apply to the hat’s curved surface.

Materials

Similar to car decals, custom hard hat decals are usually made of vinyl.

This makes them:

  • Durable

  • Waterproof

  • Easy to clean

  • Straightforward to remove

To remove the glue left by hard hat decals, you can scrape with a plastic implement or use WD40.

How to Apply

Treat the application of a hard hat decal as you would apply any other sticker.

To apply hard hat decals, bend them gently, then place them against your hard hat in a smooth, rolling motion.

Keep one finger under the edge of the sticker so that you can pull it up and try again if you accidentally wrinkled it the first time.

Then press down firmly to press out any air bubbles beneath the sticker.
